Meet the founder
Larry Bode
Larry Bode is a Safety Engineer by profession, with experience across the UK construction industry since 2012. He progressed from Site Supervisor and Safety Advisor to Site Manager and Health and Safety Manager.
Through that work he has been involved in managing and delivering projects from inception through to completion — project coordination, site management, health and safety, quality, and the practical delivery of construction.
That construction background is the foundation for his move into property investment and development: a practical view of refurbishment, sequencing and risk, rather than a claim of years spent as a property company.
He is the founder and director of Bode Global Properties Limited (company number 17292362). He leads the company’s property work — identifying opportunities, thinking through refurbishment, and discussing investment strategies intended to create long-term value.
His approach is professionalism, careful planning, responsible investment and creating genuine value through property.
